20 Group sampler presented at MRAA convention
OAK PARK, Ill. — Spader Business Management and the Marine Retailers Association of America (MRAA) are presenting a “Model” 20 Group meeting on Wednesday, November 12 during the MRAA Convention, the association announced yesterday.
The “Model” 20 Group will be held at the Stardust Hotel & Casino and is open to all convention attendees. The session will run from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This is a sampler of an actual two and a half day 20 Group meeting, said the association.
The session will be facilitated by Fran Van Pelt of Spader Business Management. The session will allow dealers and manufacturers unfamiliar with 20 Groups to see how they function, the processes used, and how they assist dealers to better manage their businesses and become more profitable.
Participants for this model session, who are actual 20 Group members include: Tom Gray, Boatland, Inc., Escondido, Calif.; Kris Gustafson, Valley Speed Marine, Atascadero, Calif.; Chris Hodges, Brothers Boats, Sacramento, Calif.; Joseph Hoffmaster, Hoffmaster’s Marina, Inc., Woodbridge, Va.; Roy Parker, Parker Boat Co., Inc., Orlando, Fla.; Craig White, White’s Marine Center, Caper, Wyo.
This 20 Group sampler will give dealers a glimpse of why so many dealers around the country attribute their growth and profitability to their 20 Group education and networking, the association stated.
