FYBA joins Hurricane Irene relief in Bahamas
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – The Florida Yacht Brokers Association (FYBA), along with National Marine Suppliers and G&G Shipping, is asking for donations to help assist with the relief effort in the Bahamas.
The groups are asking for donations of building materials (plywood, lumber, felt, shingles, tar paper, Visqueen, roofing nails), food, water and toiletries. For a full list of items needed, or to make a monetary donation, click here.
FYBA is asking for members to drop off donations at two locations:
National Marine Suppliers
2800 S.W. 2nd Ave., Ft. Lauderdale
8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday
G&G Shipping
1300 Eller Dr., Ft. Lauderdale
8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Saturday
