SkipperBud’s to host boat auction Sept. 18
PEWAUKEE, Wis. – Several major marine finance companies have joined forces to liquidate their inventories before the winter season. Wisconsin Auto Auction will produce the event on Saturday, Sept. 18, and SkipperBud’s in Pewaukee will play host, according to a release from SkipperBud’s.
Over $1,000,000 in inventory will be available, including more than 100 larger items such as boats, trailers and outboard engines. In addition, boating accessories and parts will include props, tubes, skis and ropes. According to SkipperBud’s, many of the auction items are “never before titled distressed inventory from dealer stock including used boats and demonstration models.”
Inventory will be available for inspection Sept. 18 starting at 9 a.m. The auction will begin at noon.
“SkipperBud’s had the resources to pick up all these units from around the country and a large enough facility to house these inventories in one central location,” the release reports. “Wisconsin Auto Auction has a proven record of success in converting marine assets into sold goods for various lenders in the market place.”
Dealers can log on to dealersrule.com and click on Wisconsin Auto Auction to review the entire lot of inventory.
