PEWAUKEE, Wis. — Skipper Bud’s has launched a $1 million remodeling project at its flagship location, scheduled for completion in late September, according to a report in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
The renovation will allow the dealership to display more boats in a better way, according to the report. Skipper Bud’s had decided to renovate before the recession and went ahead with its plans even as the business climate changed.
“We felt as if we needed to spend some money to make some money. You don’t want things to get to a point of disrepair,” Todd Suchomel, Skipper Bud’s marina operations manager, told the paper.
