Seminole Marine exploring marine investment opportunities
CAIRO, Ga. — Seminole Marine Inc. has formed the “Seminole Marine Group” to explore investment opportunities in the marine/boatbuilding industry, according to an announcement today from company president Paul Hoppes.
Hoppes said he feels now is the time to pursue new products and technology, and to expand Seminole Marine through acquisitions. The company reported it has assembled a team of experts that has evaluated and will continue to evaluate various opportunities.
“We strongly believe that marine dealers are looking for long-term relationships with solid, well run, independent companies that offer first-class product, great customer service and immediate consumer recognition,” Hoppes said in a release.
