Unsecured creditors committee appointed in Genmar case

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – A committee of unsecured creditors has been appointed in Genmar Holdings Inc.’s bankruptcy case, according to court documents. The committee will represent the interests of all Genmar’s unsecured creditors.

The official committee includes: Gary Potter for EZ Loader Boat Trailers; Timothy MacEachern for Inland Plywood Co.; Lester Turchin for Dometic Corp.; Marcia Kull for Volvo Penta of the Americas, Inc.; John Pugh for Marine Hardware, Inc.; Richard Schwenk for Teleflex, Inc.; and Rose Cardinal for Ti Dawn Engineering, Inc.

Gary Potter was designated acting chairperson pending selection of a permanent chairperson by the committee.

In addition, to make the committee more representative, members may still be added or removed.
