POWAY, Calif. — Credit report provider First Advantage CREDCO has released a new suite of employer services for dealers, the company said in a statement this week.
The services were designed to help dealers make informed, confident staffing decisions using an array of pre- and post-employment screening tools, the company said. The product is provided through the Employer Services segment of First Advantage CREDCO’s parent company, First Advantage Corporation.
“Dealers recognize that achieving and sustaining profitability begins with hiring and retaining qualified, competent and credible employees,” said Kevin Clements, senior vice president of business development for First Advantage CREDCO, in the company’s release. “Screening is the first step in a comprehensive employee compliance program. It satisfies a critical business need for our dealer customers by helping them maintain quality staffing levels, particularly in this extremely competitive market.”
Employee screening solutions are designed for regular, contingent and contract employees. Each product option delivers a specialty search based on job function and an employee’s level of access to sensitive data and company fund, according to CREDCO.
