AOC to increase drum prices for U.S. and Canada
COLLIERVILLE, Tenn.– AOC, LLC will institute a four-cent per pound increase (USD) for all products packaged in drums and delivered to the United States and Canada (0.09 CND per kilogram) effective June 30, 2008, the company reported in a release this week.
This price hike is in addition to the company’s previously announced price increase in the amount of ten-cents per pound (USD), which is also effective June 30, 2008.
AOC – a global supplier of resins, gel coats, colorants, additives and synergistic material systems for composites and cast polymers – said it can no longer absorb “the recent, dramatic increase in steel prices, as well as those for all commodity items.”
