Globe Composite Solutions named a fast grower

DALLAS – Globe Composite Solutions has been recognized as the 32nd fastest growing technology company on Deloitte’s 2006 Technology Fast 500, a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies in North America, Globe Composite Solutions said in a statement Friday.

Rankings are based on percentage of fiscal year revenue growth over five years, from 2002 to 2006. Globe grew 5,130 percent during that period.

Globe Composite Solutions designs and manufactures composite-based products utilizing advanced materials and processes, which help customers increase product performance in marine applications, as well as medical, material handling, RFID, oil field and military applications, according to the company. It also provides research and material formulation services.

This is the first year Globe Composite Solutions has been ranked on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500.
