Distributor expands Westerbeke coverage
TAUNTON, Mass. – Engine and generator manufacturer Westerbeke Corp., has extended the territory covered by its Master Distributor R.B. Grove, which is based in Doral, Fla., the company said in a release today.
In addition to Florida and the Bahamas, Grove will now cover Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana. To deliver service in this expanded territory, Grove has opened a new regional office and distribution facility in Pensacola, Fla.
The company said the new facility is strategically located to cover the Gulf Coast west through Louisiana and expand coverage in the Florida Panhandle.
“I look forward to Tom Piper and his staff growing sales in this added territory,” Tom Sutherland, Westerbeke’s director of Sales & Marketing said. They have done an excellent job in Florida and the Bahamas and I expect the same performance in their new territory of responsibility.”
