ELKHART, Ind. and ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Forest River, Inc. has acquired Priority One Financial Services, Inc. from its founder and president, Lisa Gladstone, the companies reported today in a joint statement.
Priority One will continue to be managed by Gladstone as founder and president and its current management team, all continuing to be headquartered in St. Petersburg.
Priority One, founded in 1987, is a finance and insurance (F&I) outsourcing company currently serving over 600 marine and recreation vehicle dealers throughout the U.S. Priority One says it provides all of the benefits of a professional, in-house F&I manager while reducing expenses, distractions and potential liabilities.

“We are very excited to join the Forest River team,” stated Gladstone. “With Forest River’s market leadership and significant financial strength, we are now better positioned than ever to provide powerful solutions to our dealer partners.”
