SOUTHOLD, N.Y. – Sea Tow Services International Inc., has sold and transferred ownership of three existing franchise areas and opened four new franchises, the company said in a release today.
The new franchise locations are:
“The addition of these four geographically diverse franchises is reflective of the strength of Sea Tow’s brand recognition and the increase in the value of the Sea Tow franchise business model,” said Capt. Tim Wilson, Sea Tow’s director of franchise development.
The new franchise owners for all of these locations were awarded certificates after successful completion of the Sea Tow training program, which includes both on-water and classroom instruction at the company’s corporate headquarters in Southold, N.Y.
As for the sale and transfer of ownership of the three existing franchise areas, Captain Walter Garschagen is the new owner of Sea Tow Central Hudson (N.Y.), Jim and Jan Pulley are the new owners of Sea Tow Table Rock Lake (Mo.) and Capt. Frank Howell is the new owner of Sea Tow Orlando Lakes (Fla.).
Sea Tow Central Hudson, Sea Tow Lake Eufaula, Sea Tow Table Rock Lake and Sea Tow Lake Lewisville are open and operational. Sea Tow Montauk opens March 25. Sea Tow Sea Tow Orlando Lakes open April 1. Sea Tow Buzzards Bay opens April 11.
