RV trend may offer hope to boating industry
CLEVELAND – Key Recreation Lending President and CEO Grant Skeens believes positive signs in the RV market could bode well for the boating industry, the company reported in a press release yesterday.
“As 2007 progresses, we believe there may be a turn around based on some current indicators, one of which comes from the RV industry,” Skeens said. “In our decades of experience serving both the marine and RV markets, we have noticed that time and again the RV market tends to lead the marine industry by about six months in terms of business trends, both up and down. Right now, the RV industry for us is trending more positive.
“If this holds true, the marine industry could see an uptick in business during the second half of 2007.”
