EMP executive resigns to launch new firm

PHILADELPHIA – Larry Elias, former vice president, sales & marketing for EMP Industries, Inc. of St. Petersburg, Fla., has resigned his position and started a new firm, Environmental & Marine Equipment & Consulting Services, Inc., which will be based out of Philadelphia, he reported in a recent statement.

Elias will continue to represent EMP’s SaniSailor Pump-out System & Vessel Wash Water Recycling Systems through the new firm. In addition, E&ME&C, Inc. offers grant writing, design and project management consultation for utility and capital management projects at marine facilities, and marina management consultation.
