US Marine rewards dealers for certification
CHICAGO – US Marine of Knoxville, Tenn., will assist boat dealers with the costs of becoming certified under the Grow Boating Initiative’s Marine Industry Dealership Certification Program, the National Marine Manufacturers Association reported in a release yesterday.
Upon successful completion of the program, US Marine will reimburse certified dealers $500 toward program costs. In addition, a Marine Industry Certified Dealership within the US Marine network is eligible to receive retail labor rate reimbursement on warranty work. These certification incentives are being extended to dealers carrying all US Marine brands, including Bayliner, Maxum, Meridian and Trophy.
To date, a total of 346 dealerships have enrolled in the Marine Industry Dealership Certification program, 91 of which have completed the certification process and earned the official “Marine Industry Certified” designation.
