New marketing firm established to serve Western states
VERDI, Nev. – Jess Nelson has formed Pac-West Marketing, a manufacturer’s representative company with offices located in California, Washington and Nevada and whose focus includes the 11 Western states, Pac-West said in a press release Wednesday.
Prior to forming Pac-West Marketing, Nelson was a partner in MNS Sales, Inc. Having enjoyed positive growth during this seven year period, re-organization became the clear choice to expand further, the company said. Nelson brought MNS’s core sales team with him and opened additional positions for specialty markets.
“We have a successful working relationship already in place with our sales team, factories and distributors,” Nelson said. “I have asked Larry Howse, who comes on board as a partner, and Harry Temple to join me at Pac-West Marketing. An intact sales team has made this transition virtually effortless.”
Pac-West Marketing is affiliated with Nautical Promotions, Inc., an agency which develops specialty marketing tools for manufacturers, boat builders, distributors and service companies.

I read the article in the May Practical Sailor. I have the same problem with the Hella LED lights on our Beneteau 423. I can only imagine how much of a pain it is to be asked for help with such a trivial problem. I ought to just give in and glue it in place. If you can help, it would be greatly appreciated. That was a class thing to do.
