WASHINGTON, Mo. – Saying it seeks to increase top-line organic revenue growth by 225 percent in 2006, boat builder Xtreme Companies, Inc., summarized its key achievements of the past year and outlined its strategic initiatives for this year in a press release today.
“2005 was a critical year in our very brief history,” Xtreme CEO Kevin Ryan said. “Beginning with the execution of a multi-million dollar marketing agreement with Challenger Offshore, we later succeeded in expanding our dealer network domestically as well as abroad. Together with our persistence in successfully assisting first responder agency customers in procuring Homeland Security grants, we were able to achieve significant growth in 2005.
“I believe we are now well positioned to realize even greater growth and another record year in 2006.”
The company listed its strategic initiatives and goals for 2006 as follows:
Close on the acquisition of Marine Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Challenger Offshore.
Increase top line organic revenue growth by 225.
Increase overall gross profit margins.
Continue to expand our geographic reach and distribution channels throughout the United States and overseas.
Institute comprehensive flooring and marine craft financing plans for dealers and customers.
Introduce several new boat models that compliment existing product lines.
Establish key partnerships that will allow the company to increase productivity.
Xtreme also listed its key achievements for 2005. They included:
Execution of multi-million dollar marketing agreement with Marine Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Challenger Offshore.
Posting of almost $1 million in record revenue for the 9-month period ended Sept. 30.
The addition of the company’s first CFO.
The addition of several other key executives with more than a 100 years of boat manufacturing experience from such notable companies as: Fountain Powerboats, Baja, Mariah, Celebrity, Larson, Carver, Mark Twain and Bombardier.
The execution of several major distribution and channel partner agreements with dealers throughout the U.S. and internationally.
The sale and delivery of Xtreme’s initial First Responder Fire-Rescue & Patrol boats through Homeland Security grants.
The sale and delivery of Xtreme’s initial First Responder Fire-Rescue & Patrol boats to an international dealer.
The introduction of new boat models that compliments our existing product lines.
