Four Winns plans to double its business

CADILLAC, Mich. – Four Winns expects to double its business over the next four years, in part by going after one of its main competitor’s business, reported Cadillac News in an article today.

During Four Winns’ annual dealer meeting this past weekend, Genmar Holdings Chairman Irwin Jacobs told the newspaper that the brand’s strategy is to go “head-to-head” with Sea Ray, a Brunswick Corp. boat brand.

Four Winns recently purchased a 31,000-square-foot facility in Cadillac, Mich., near its cruiser plant, Jacobs added. It will allow for additional cruiser production and result in new jobs, he told the newspaper.
