Watercraft World selects Watercraft of the Year
KENNESAW, Ga. – Yamaha’s multi-passenger four-stroke watercraft, the WaveRunner VX110, has been named “2005 Watercraft of the Year” by WaterCraft World magazine, the company reported in a release today.
Yamaha says multi-passenger four- stroke watercraft are reshaping the boating industry. The new machines are capable of towing a skier or wakeboarder, and Yamaha says it designed the VX110 specifically for family recreation and multi-passenger adventure touring.
“First and foremost, families want to have to fun on the water,” said Mark Speaks, president of Yamaha WaterCraft. “They want excitement, comfort, performance and value. Advances in technology and new designs are providing an exhilarating family recreational experience unlike any other.”
