KENNESAW, Ga. - Yamaha Marine has signed a three-year agreement with North American Fishing Club to sponsor two of its television shows, North American Fisherman's “Fishing Club Journal” and “North American Fisherman,” Yamaha reported in a recent release.
“We are excited to be working with Yamaha,” said Steve Pennaz, executive director of NAFC and host of both shows. “Their world-class line of high-performance outboards are renowned for their reliability and that means a lot when we're on remote location and have to trust our gear.”
Both shows feature magazine-style formats and are multi-species in nature, targeting North America's most popular freshwater and saltwater species each week.
“With the large number of viewers these programs reach, Yamaha will be able to carry its message to the anglers who enjoy their time on the water and at home trying to hone their skills,” said Frank Wilhelm, advertising manager for Yamaha Marine.
