Cranchi appoints Thunder Marine as Florida rep
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Italian yacht maker Cranchi has appointed Thunder Marine as its exclusive representative on Florida’s West Coast, the company said in a release today.
Thunder Marine, with locations in St. Petersburg, Englewood and Fort Myers, has three other yacht lines – Silverton, Luhrs and Maxum Yachts.
“Cranchi considers innovation as a factor used to improve the product as a whole, not as a novelty for the sake of marketing boats,” said Mark LaPrade, president of Thunder Marine. “For the boater who appreciates the science behind good design, classic lines and creativity and imagination, Cranchi will have strong appeal.”
Two models have arrived stateside at Thunder Marine, the 41 Endurance, an offshore cruiser, and the European styled 50 Mediterranée, both powered by Volvo Penta inboard diesel engines.
