IMAR Group recognizes outstanding dealerships
FARGO, N.D. – The IMAR Group, builders of Sugar Sand jet boats and Gekko ski boats, presented its “Outstanding Dealer Awards” for the 2004 model year at the company’s 2005 Dealer Meeting Sept. 19-20 in Red Wing, Minn., the company said in a recent release.
IMAR also told dealers in attendance that the company’s jet boat business enjoyed 25-percent growth for the 2004 model year.
Big Rock Motorsports of Alberta, Canada won the “New Dealer of the Year” award, while the “Gekko Dealer Excellence” award was presented to All American Ski and Watersports of Alva, Fla. and The Pro Shop of Longview, Wash.
Sugar Sand dealer CRK Marketing of Ontario, Canada and Australian Leisure Marine of Goolwa, South Australia, were awarded “International Dealer Excellence.”
Sugar Sand’s “New Dealer of the Year” award was presented to Boats by George of Lake George, N.Y. and Sugar Sand Dealer Excellence for the 2004 Model Year was awarded to Metro Boat Sales of Mount Clemens, Mich.
Special recognition was presented to Tide’s End Marina of Forked River, N.J. for outstanding customer service and performance for the 2004 model year.
