AOC to increase prices Aug. 16
COLLIERVILLE, Tenn. – AOC, a global supplier of resins, gelcoats and other additives to the marine industry, will increase its prices by $0.07 per pound on all resins and $0.09 per pound on all gel coats, pigments and b-sides sold in the U.S. and Canada shipped on or after Aug. 16, the company said in a release Friday afternoon.
“Unrelenting raw material, energy, transportation and packaging cost increases continue,” AOC said. “Feedstocks continue to drive these increases which are now being compounded by tight inventories/shortages of some key materials, like in the case of Maleic Anhydride which is under sales allocation/control by some producers.”
