Scribble Software acquires marina management software
RICHMOND, Va. – Scribble Software Inc., a technology solution provider for business software and training, has acquired all assets of the Ships Log – Marina Management Software, the company reported in a statement yesterday.
The Ships Log Marina Management Software is a management and billing software solution for the marina industry. Scribble Software Inc. acquired the assets of Ships Log from Trilobyte Micro Systems with headquarters in Harbert, Mich. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The Ships Log software will be utilized and absorbed by the MarinaOffice software group of Scribble Software Inc., according to the company. The MarinaOffice software solution is a marina management and point-of-sale solution.
“The acquisition of the Ships Log Marina Management Software fits right into our long term business goals” said Rita Young, Director of Operations at Scribble Software. “This provides Scribble Software with a greater opportunity to embrace a larger market in the marina and marine related industry.”
