Acquisition likely for International Yachtmaster Training

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Energy Producers, Inc. (OTCBB: EGPI) has signed a Letter of Intent with International Yachtmaster Training, Inc. (IYT), a Florida corporation, to acquire the training firm, it reported in a recent statement.

International Yachtmaster Training is a provider of professional yacht crew training designed specifically for the megayacht industry, the commercial shipping industry and recreational yachtsman. Currently, over 22 countries accept IYT’s commercial and recreational Certificates of Competency, Energy Producers reported. The company offers over 31 courses to professional and recreational yachtsmen from around the globe.

“The rapid growth of the industry over the last several years has afforded us exponential growth with our corporation,” said Mark Fry, CEO of IYT. “We feel confident that IYT will offer an excellent fusion of synergies within the business objectives of Energy Producers, Inc. and its most recent acquisition.”

EGPI recently completed a definitive agreement to acquire International Group Holdings, Inc. (Pinksheets: IGHI) a company that specializes in the sale of yachts and commercial ships on a global basis.

Energy Producers also reported it has added Gregg Fryett and Charles Alliban to its Board of Directors. Both Fryett and Alliban bring with them tremendous experience in the fields of accounting, franchising, sales and distribution in the yacht and marine industry, according to the company.
