Ship Shape TV offered on Victory Sports Network
JUPITER, Fla. – New sports network Victory Sports One has selected Ship Shape TV to air in prime time on Sunday nights at 8 pm, as well as Monday nights at 7 pm and Sunday mornings at 8:30 am, the TV program reported in a recent statement.
The sports network is owned and operated by Twins Sports, Inc., who also owns the Minnesota Twins baseball organization.
“We’re a perfect fit,” said Rick Abbott, program director for Victory Sports Network. “The amount of boating that takes place in the upper Midwest is mind boggling if you really think about it. It only makes sense to have America’s favorite boat improvement show on our airwaves. In fact, we want the show’s host, John Greviskis, to make a few appearances in the press box during Minnesota Twins games. I want to personally introduce John to our fans in order to help cross promote the show to the entire upper Midwest. It’s going to be powerful.”
Ship Shape TV has rapidly spread across the nation on various regional sports channels, according to the show’s producers. It continues to grow with Victory Sports Network airing Ship Shape TV in Minnesota, western Wisconsin, Iowa and North and South Dakota.
“A lot of our northern lake boaters are going to also receive critical information on how to accessorize, maintain and repair their boats,” said Greviskis.
With the addition of Victory Sports One, the 1/2-hour boating how-to show is available in over 105 million cable and satellite homes.
Victory Sports is available in the upper Midwest by contacting the local cable company.
