BRP and GE Money expand marine finance program

ST. PAUL, Minn. — BRP’s Outboard Marine Engine division has extended its consumer financing program through GE Money’s Sales Finance unit, GE Money reported in a recent statement.

Beginning immediately, the Evinrude Retail Finance program will include revolving and installment credit on the Evinrude outboard engine line at 1,200 authorized BRP/Evinrude dealers nationwide, the company reported.

GE Money already provides revolving and installment financing to customers at BRP dealerships throughout the U.S. The program is now expanded to Evinrude dealers and provides flexible financing options that make purchasing easier for consumers and provide Evinrude dealers with a greater opportunity for success.

“The fact that BRP is extending its consumer credit program to the Evinrude line is a terrific endorsement of our relationship,” said Greg Pierce, vice president and general manager of the Powersports division of GE Money – Sales Finance. “Sales is a team effort, and we work very hard to provide the consumer financing services that will make Evinrude dealers successful.”

The program is available on boat packages that include new or used Evinrude, Evinrude E-TEC or Johnson outboard engines; new or used loose Evinrude, Evinrude E-TEC or Johnson outboard engines; Evinrude/Johnson Genuine Parts and Accessories; and new Evinrude apparel and accessories.
