ST. PETERSBURG, Fla – Priority One Financial Services has launched a program through which it is offering certified training to its loan consultants, the company reported in a recent statement.
Employing the assistance of Reahard & Associates, a national independent finance and insurance training company, the initial Achieving F&I Excellence! Certification Program was recently conducted for all Priority One loan consultants. Classes were conducted by Ronald Reahard, president of Reahard & Associates and a nationally recognized finance and insurance trainer, author and frequent conference speaker, Priority One reported.
“The Priority One Loan Consultant Certification Program enables our loan consultants to work with customers on an advanced level — from understanding their needs to demonstrating product benefit,” said Lisa Gladstone, president & CEO of Priority One Financial Services. “Our new training assists our dealers’ customers by empowering them with a detailed menu of loan options. From their payment terms to their protection packages, our loan consultants enable customers to understand the benefit of each of their choices and then tailor a repayment plan to meet each of their unique needs.”
The three-day training program included daily classroom instruction, role-playing exercises and certification testing. Additional loan consultant training will be held on a regular basis at Priority One’s corporate headquarters in St. Petersburg, the company reported.
Priority One Financial Services is an F&I managed services provider, serving the recreational industry since 1987. Priority One also provides recreational insurance through its subsidiary, Veritas Insurance Group.
