RPM declares latest dividend increase
MEDINA, Ohio — Coatings and sealants manufacturer RPM International Inc., has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share, payable on April 29, to stockholders of record as of April 15, the company reported in a release Friday.
The payment represents a 7 percent increase over the quarterly cash dividend the company paid during the same time in 2004, and follows another 7 percent dividend increase the company reported in January.
