Travis Boats hires banking firm for financial advice
AUSTIN, Texas – Travis Boats & Motors, Inc. has hired Davenport & Co. LLC, an investment banking firm based in Richmond, Va., as financial advisor to assist it in identifying and evaluating its strategic business and financial options, the boat and motor retailer said in a release yesterday.
“The engagement of Davenport will facilitate the company’s efforts to address and evaluate potential alternatives that may enhance shareholder value,” Travis Boats said in its brief release.
