Correct Craft hosts first ‘Culture Summit’

Correct Craft, long known for its commitment to people and culture, has launched a new Culture Summit for senior leadership and human resources managers within the marine industry. The Culture Summit will take place on January 14 – 15, 2020 at the Orlando Airport Hyatt Regency. The Culture Summit will explore the importance of effective culture in our companies, include workshops to help attendees identify key aspects of an effective culture, and create an implementation plan for their companies.

Senior leadership and HR personnel of marine companies are invited to applyto attend this unique Culture Summit. Correct Craft will be underwriting the cost of the Summit and has arranged a discounted hotel rate of $99 for attendees.

Industry leaders and speakers will be sharing how having a focus on culture has transformed their businesses in terms of financial and operational results to the benefit of those both in and outside their companies. Participants will interact in hands-on exercises to help unlock the meaning of their company’s culture.
