Vistra names new director of marine division
ST HELIER, United Kingdom — Vistra Group has named Marina Gall as its new Director of Marine and Aviation Division.
Gall has a background in accounting and has worked for Vistra since 2001. Most recently, she worked in the Marine & Aviation Division to develop Vistra’s Marine and Aviation portfolio of services, which offer yacht and aircraft owners a means of managing the many day-to-day corporate and fiscal responsibilities while ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance.
“This is an exciting time for Vistra. We have ambitious aims to grow both locally and internationally and I am looking forward to leading the development of our Marine and Aviation offering,” Gall said.
“With over five years’ experience and a proven track record, Marina brings a key set of skills and experience to this role,” said Chris Burton, Vistra Jersey’s chief executive officer.
Gall is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, an associate of the Institute of Indirect Taxation, and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Vistra’s Jersey, U.K.-based Marine and Aviation division provides services covering the acquisition, ownership and operation of luxury yachts and private aircraft.
