OAK PARK, Ill. — The Marine Retailers Association of America will elect several new officers and directors at its annual membership meeting, which will take place at 5 p.m. on Nov. 19 at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, it reported in a recent statement.
Nominated officers and directors include:
Chairman: Ed Lofgren, 3A Marine Service, Hingham, Mass.
Vice Chairman: Dave Foulkrod, Ship and Sail, Inc., Kemah, Texas
Secretary/Treasurer: Steve Baum, Boat Owners Warehouse, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
Region 3 (DE, DC, MD, PA, VA, WV) Director: Jim Browning, Browning’s Marine, Inc., Virginia Beach, Va.
Region 5 (AL, FL, GA, MS) Director: Joe Lewis, Mount Dora Boating Center, Mount Dora, Fla.
Region 6 (IL, IN, MI, OH) Director: Jim Thorpe, Spring Brook Marina, Seneca, Ill.
Region 9 (AR, LA, OK, TX) Director: Rod Malone, Sail & Ski, Inc., Austin, Texas
