SeaWide Distribution expands sales team
MURRIETA, Calif. – SeaWide Distribution, national wholesale distributor of marine and consumer electronics, has added two positions to its sales team, it reported in a statement yesterday.
SeaWide has hired Alex Ray as the Northwest regional site manager and Ryan Hart as regional sales manager. Ray’s marine sales background includes retail management positions at Boater’s World as well as administration of their inflatable boat sales program in the Northwest, according to SeaWide. Hart’s experience comprises a range of sales and account management jobs, including his most recent employment with Diversified Marine Products in San Diego. Hart will cover the Southwest territory and will operate from SeaWide’s Costa Mesa facility, according to the company.
Ray joins J. Mark Barrett, the company’s regional sales manager who has represented SeaWide for the past two years. Barrett has played a key role in the management of accounts in the Northwestern territory as the company maintained a focus on national growth. The Northwest team is located at SeaWide’s Seattle distribution center.
“The new appointments are a direct result of our recent expansion to the East Coast and will support our development as a leading national distributor,” said Mike Yarbro, president of SeaWide Distribution.
SeaWide Distribution centers serve boat builders, dealers, retailers and electronics installers in marine and consumer electronics.
