RBIEF names board
LIVONIA, Mich. – At the Michigan Recreational Boating Industries Educational Foundation’s June 16 board meeting, the RBIEF confirmed officers for the 2008-2009 fiscal year, the organization said in a press release Wednesday.
John Hatfield from Howe Interlakes Marine, Indian River, was chosen as president. Rounding out the officer team, Robert Liggett, Grosse Pointe Shores is vice president; Greg Krueger, Jefferson Beach Yacht Sales, St. Clair Shores is secretary and Horst Sherriff, National City Bank, Troy is Treasurer.
Also serving on the RBIEF board as directors for 2008-2009 are: Jim Coburn, Flagstar Bank, Troy; Ted Sampanes, The Bostwick Group, Roswell, Ga.; Ray Underwood, Muchmore Harrington Smalley & Associates, Lansing; and Van Snider, Michigan Boating Industries Association, Livonia.
