Tell the truth
The secret to our success is our integrity. We have built our reputation on being honest and forthright with our customers, our employees, and our community. I learned this from my father, Ward Walstrom, Sr. When I first began to sell boats in l972, I worked out of his office and would overhear him tell more that one customer, “Don’t worry, we will take care of it.” I would say, “You didn’t have to do that.” He said, “I know we won’t make much on this, but we will make it up in the long run. This customer will come back and buy another boat.” And he did. This integrity is practiced throughout our company.
