Marine Mover – ShowBoats International hires new manager
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Shannon E. McCoy has been appointed to the position of southeast manager, marine display of ShowBoats International, a lifestyle magazine dedicated to an exclusive readership of super-luxury yacht owners, reported CurtCo Media in a recent statement.
An international marine industry veteran of more than 17 years, McCoy joins CurtCo from MarineMax Inc. where she spent four years as director of sales and marketing. Earlier in her career, McCoy held sales positions at Allied Marine Group, Maxum Marine Corp., and Mirage Marine Corp.
Reporting to ShowBoats International Publisher Gary DeSanctis, McCoy will be responsible for all display advertising to both builders as well as suppliers to the marine trade.
