UNION, N.J. – Brothers Edward (Ned) and Stephen (Steve) McGovern recently became co-presidents of Mack Boring & Parts Co., the company said in a release yesterday.
The company said the decision allows for better teamwork, harmony, effectiveness and success and sets an example, that by working together the company will build on strengths and wisdom to deliver service to its customers and business partners at all times.
The McGoverns have developed an effective strategic direction that defines the thrust of Mack Boring, and represents a basis for making future-focused, strategic decisions, the company said.
