The 2016 Best Ideas White Paper is now available at BoatingIndustry.com. The Best Ideas are selected from the best strategies dealers used to improve their businesses in the past year.
From the Best Ideas, four finalists were selected for the Best Ideas panel at the Marine Dealer Conference and Expo in Orlando, and the winner, Mary Jo Goettling of Blue Springs Marine, was chosen through attendee voting at the conference.
The 31 ideas in the white paper were broken up into six categories: business management, employee operations, customer service, traditional marketing, digital marketing and service. Ideas in this year’s white paper range from using Pandora radio as a marketing tool, emergency service programs, at-home boat demos, hiring best practices and more.
