Michigan’s HB4808 sent to Comittee on Regulatory Reform

The Michigan legislature has been reviewing House Bill 4808 to determine whether or not it should modify a 1989 law that, according to dealers, “lacks any enforcement capabilities” when it comes to agreements with manufacturers.
