Michigan’s HB4808 sent to Comittee on Regulatory Reform

The Michigan legislature has been reviewing House Bill 4808 to determine whether or not it should modify a 1989 law that, according to dealers, “lacks any enforcement capabilities” when it comes to agreements with manufacturers. HB4808 has been sent back to the committee on regulatory reform and will not be revisited until 2005. You can track the history of HB4808 by clicking here.
