The new dealers will complement Bertram’s southern sales offices in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and headquarters in Tampa, Fla. These dealers will anchor Bertram’s international dealer network and ensure that customers are properly serviced throughout the United States.

“We are so excited to play a part in bringing this iconic brand back to the market,” said Tom Caruso, owner of Total Marine. “Boats are my business, but they are also my passion, so I am personally thrilled with our association with Bertram, not only because of their history but, more importantly, because of their very bright future.”

“The timing of these appointments is perfect as we prepare for the Miami Boat show. Our new Bertram 35 is in production at our new Yard in Tampa. Development is underway on more Bertram models,” said Peter Truslow, CEO of Bertram Yachts. “I know the staffs of each of these operations; they are great additions to the Bertram family. They will help us grow the company in the years ahead.”

Bertram will have two 35 footers on display in Miami. Hull #1 “Moppie” will be at the Yachts Miami Beach show on Collins Avenue, space #754 and boat #2, “Screaming Eagle” will be at slip VK-186 at the Progressive Miami International Boat Show on Virginia Key. Screaming Eagle will be available for sea trials during the show. The boat features the new Caterpillar C7.1 engines.
