Yamaha Marine announces two summer sales promotions

Yamaha Marine announced two sales promotions on Monday for its outboard products.

The “Celebrate Summer” promotion offers consumers up to $500 in dealer credit on eligible, new 2.5-to-75 horsepower Yamaha four-stroke outboard models toward the purchase of goods and/or services available at the authorized participating Yamaha Outboard dealer that sold the outboard. Customers who purchase eligible, new Yamaha four-stroke outboards in the 90-to-300 horsepower range can add two years of Yamaha Extended Service (Y.E.S.) to their three-year Yamaha Limited Warranty for a total of five years of coverage at no additional cost. Additional terms and conditions apply.

“This promotion offers great built-in value with the purchase of our most popular four-stroke outboard models,” said Dale Barnes, division manager, marketing, Yamaha Marine Group. “With the ‘Celebrate Summer’ sales event, customers will have even more reasons to enjoy the best season for family and fun on the water.”

The “Celebrate Summer” sales event is effective for select, eligible, new four-stroke outboards purchased and warranty registered between July 15 and August 31, 2016.

Yamaha has also announced a sequel to its “The Great V8” promotion that originally ended June 30. Starting July 15, for a limited time on select outboards, the similar offer provides the purchasing customer a total of six years of warranty coverage – three years of Yamaha Limited Warranty, along with the additional protection of a three-year Yamaha Extended Service (Y.E.S.) plan, an MSRP value of $3,300 for eligible purchases at no additional cost.

This Yamaha promotion is applicable for select, eligible, new Yamaha V8 350 hp four-stroke outboards sold between July 15 and November 30. The following V8 350 hp four-stroke F350C outboards are not eligible for this promotion: F350NCC, F350XCC, LF350XCC, F350UCC, LF350UCC.

“‘The Great V8′ Sales Event is perfect for customers looking for big offshore power,” Barnes said. “The fact that this promotion falls during the busiest boating season makes it even more enticing.”
