Westech CEO issues statement on closure rumors

Amid rumors that Westech Aerosol Corporation had closed its doors, company CEO David Carnahan released a statement on Wednesday, saying the company was still in business and ready to serve its customers.

It has recently come to my attention that many of our customers have been wrongly informed that Westech Aerosol Corporation is no longer in business. Nothing could be further from the truth.

In response to this misperception, I wanted to take a moment to reach out to you, our loyal customers to thank you for your past business as well as for your continued support as we emerge from an era of regulatory and economic challenges.

As a result of these challenges, we are now a leaner, more flexible operation, having recently moved into a new production and warehouse facility with improved access to road and rail transport and the ports of Seattle and Tacoma.

We at Westech are grateful to you our customers who recognize and appreciate the quality of our products, as well as our commitment to producing the most environmentally friendly, low VOC and regulatory compliant adhesives available.

Our production lines are running at capacity and we are fully stocked with our specialized products for cabinet making and wood working, auto, boat and aircraft manufacturing, the composites industry and home building, as well as the recreational vehicle and manufactured home industries.
