Pro-Line Boats launches updated 32 XP

WASHINGTON, N.C.: Like a rugged SUV that has enough storage for all your camping gear, yet can still go off-road over bumpy backcountry terrain, the Pro-Line 32 XP is a versatile boat that’s suited to hardcore fishing, overnight cruising and family water-sports fun. Pro-Line Boats, part of the Baja Marine group of boat manufacturers, recently launched an updated version of this popular model featuring a newly designed galley with more storage and an upgraded cabin with nearly seven-foot headroom. In addition, the 32 XP sleeps four people, and has a huge aft cockpit that spans the boat’s nearly 11-foot-wide beam.

“The boat is going to a retail customer in Russia via our new dealer there,” said Johnny Walker, CEO of Baja Marine. He added, “The 32 XP is only the first of many larger models now under construction at the Baja Marine factory in Washington, N.C., across the Baja, Donzi, Fountain and Pro-Line brands. Over the past two years, we re-launched these brands by starting with their smaller models. Now, in keeping with our growth strategy, we are responding to customer demand by moving up to the bigger boats.”

Bad weather doesn’t bother the Pro-Line 32 XP

When you step into the cabin of the Pro-Line 32 XP you can throw out the notion of “roughing it”. The updated galley includes a freshwater sink, state-of-the-art microwave, convenient alcohol/electric stovetop, a flush-mount refrigerator, and Staron non-porous countertops. The interior also encompasses a wraparound couch forward with a flush-mounted dining table that converts into a large bed. Aft, the 32 XP has a large mid-cabin sleeping berth. Plentiful storage compartments and positive-lock door latches are appreciated features on every 32 XP. Mood lighting, outstanding headroom, a new, low-maintenance, suspended headliner and a private vacuum-flush head add to the boat’s comfort.

On deck, the huge fight-em’-till-you-catch-em’ cockpit offers a full helm station, port-side bench seating, collapsible rear bench seat, oversized bait station, flush-mounted tackle box, in-deck and foam insulated fish boxes with macerator, and quick-access freshwater hose.

The Pro-Line 32 XP is available with a variety of twin-engine outboard options, all with 30-inch shafts. The boat can be equipped with twin Mercury Verado four-stroke 250s (47- to 50-mph top speed) or 300s (49- to 52-mph top speed), or twin Suzuki four-stroke 250s (45- to 48-mph top speed) or 300s (50- to 53 mph-top speed).
