ADP Lightspeed releases integrated website product

SALT LAKE CITY  ADP Lightspeed, a leading provider of dealer management solutions for Powersports, Marine, Marina, and RV industries, introduced a new product called Lightspeed Websites, which provides dealers with an integrated website designed to meet the needs of their dealership and customers. Lightspeed Websites is a completely integrated product that works seamlessly with other Lightspeed products such as LightspeedEVO, NXT, CEM, and Lightspeed Loyalty Rewards.

Dealers can post inventory to their website in real-time from their Lightspeed Dealer Management Software (DMS). Real-time posting allows for less manual entry and higher accuracy of unit details, pricing, and photos. Dealers have complete access to a secure back-end portal to manage the website, view site analytics, select featured inventory, and set special web pricing. Additionally, dealers using Lightspeed Websites can allow their customers to schedule service online, schedule test drives and receive an online quote for new or used units listed on the site.

“We are excited to offer Lightspeed Websites to our dealer clients,” said Greg Smith, General Manager of ADP Lightspeed. “This is a product we have been working on for quite some time and have gone through extensive market research to build a robust web product at an attractive price. Lightspeed Websites is completely integrated with the Lightspeed DMS and information also flows seamlessly between CEM and Loyalty Rewards. This is a huge win for our dealer clients in ensuring their online presence attracts customer to their physical locations.”

The back-end reporting tool inside Lightspeed Websites is the same portal as Lightspeed Loyalty Rewards. Dealers already using the rewards program will be able to access the website information from the same single sign on. Numerous reporting tools are in place as well, allowing dealers to monitor page visits, traffic sources, new and returning visitors, and inventory. With nearly 100 unique website configurations, Dealers can personalize their website to make it user friendly for their customers.

Lightspeed Websites also offers an online showroom, where customers can view specs for each unit, display units in a side-by-side comparison, and print brochures with detailed unit information. Customers can also interact with the dealer through social media by clicking on the Facebook and Twitter icons listed at the top of each webpage.

“Our dealers have needed a website product like this for quite some time,” said Laurn Rice, VP of Sales at ADP Lightspeed. “I’m very excited to be offering a solid product like Lightspeed Websites for our customers that are trying to compete online. The capabilities of this product are off the charts. The best part is we’re going to keep getting better.”
