Yachting Pages are delighted to announce that their sales team have been shortlisted for the Sales Team of the Year BESMA award by the ISMM (Institute of Sales and Marketing Management).
After a rigorous selection process the team have stood out from their competitors to be shortlisted. Criteria for this prestigious award includes, sales focus, being an effective team, achieving results and being exceptional.
Jennie Harnaman, part of the ISMM events team said “This year we were delighted to receive a record number of entries and were impressed with the quality of the nominations. It is extremely positive to see so many companies celebrating their sales success, so congratulations to you all, it has been a tough contest!”

The sales and marketing team have spent much of the last three months attending the world’s major international luxury yacht shows which although sound very glamorous has been an intense time. Flying from Cannes and Monaco, over to Florida and back to Holland again, working 12 to 15 hours a day, seven days a week together, the team have grown closer and become stronger as each boat show has passed. Targets at every show have been smashed, and feedback from customers say that they are more confident than ever in the Yachting Pages portfolio.
A final judging day will take place in December, which will involve the team demonstrating their skills in front of a panel of judges. Other teams that have been shortlisted for BESMA Awards include Virgin Media, David Lloyd Leisure and Premier Training Recruitment. Yachting Pages wish all shortlisted candidates the best of luck.
