Cruzin takes innovation award

Cruzin, the leading online peer-to-peer boat rental and charter marketplace, won the Neo Prize for innovation at the recent Open Network Lab Global Pitch 2013 in San Francisco. This exclusive event served as a product showcase for young companies, to potential business partners and the venture capital community.

At, boat owners can turn their boats into sources of income by renting them to pre-screened, qualified renters. With a nationwide community offering a wide range of boats, Cruzin helps make boating a fun, simple and affordable part of life. The protection of $1 million in insurance and the towing services of BoatUS are included in each rental. Cruzin is free to join and has no monthly or membership fees.

Cruzin was among just a handful of exclusive entrepreneurial companies invited to participate in the Open Network Lab showcase. The event's sponsors included leading-edge Japanese tech company Digital Garage, as well as Neo and Open Network Lab, organizations dedicated to incubating potential new ventures.
