The Boating Industry team continues to grow with the addition of industry veteran Wiley Poole.

Poole will serve as Senior Account Manager, West. He joins Chris Pelikan, Senior Account Manager, East, and Kathy Johnson, National Sales Director overseeing the sales team.

We’re thrilled to have Wiley join the Boating Industry team,” said group publisher Amy Collins. “With his 30+ years of working within the marine industry AND leading a consumer boating title, Wiley brings a wealth of industry and journalism knowledge.”

Poole has been part of the boating industry since the age of 15. As the owner and president of Poole Publications, he worked on the editorial and advertising for Trailer Boats, Bass & Walleye Boats, SportFishing Boats and Camping Life magazines. Since selling the family business to Affinity Publishing Group in 2003, he has continued to work in the publishing industry in various capacities.

“I look forward to rejoining the industry I grew up in and love, while working with the team from Boating Industry magazine,” Poole said. “I have been reading this publication for decades and understand the value strong business-to-business marketing can bring to the table. With the addition of the Marine Dealer Conference & Expo and the Top 100 Dealers program, EPG Media has all the tools in place to help the industry grow professionally well into the future.”

Congratulations Wiley, glad to see you still in the industry. How about some articles on River Racing.
