“The e-commerce abilities and boating expertise at Go2marine enhance and compliment Redden Marine’s business strategies, providing exciting opportunities for customers, vendors, and employees alike. Adding Go2hydraulics and ShopRVparts, we will deliver best-in-class e-commerce experiences to an even broader range of customers,” said Randy Chiabai, Redden Marine’s President.

Mike Reese, Executive Vice President at Redden Marine Supply added, “We are excited to welcome the Mariner Supply family into Redden Marine. With over 12 years of experience and specialization in online retail, Go2marine and its sister sites are well positioned to help Redden Marine realize its long-term financial goals.”

The transaction, which is subject to closing conditions, is expected to be completed sometime in July 2013.
