Xtreme Tower Products Hires Industry Veteran Mike McCrary
(MARYVILLE, TENN., June 6, 2013) Xtreme Tower Products (XTP) has hired industry veteran Mike McCrary as its Engineering Manager. Headquartered in Maryville, Tenn., XTP designs and manufactures custom watersports towers and accessories for boat builders and retail customers around the world.
“We are excited to have Mike on the XTP team,” said XTP President Tony Williams. “His project management capabilities and purchasing experience will be huge assets given our aggressive new product schedule.”
McCrary has more than two decades of marine industry experience including Senior Buyer/New Product Development Project Leader with Bombardier Recreational Products, Inc. (BRP) and purchasing positions with Crownline and Celebrity boats.
“The culture at XTP is invigorating,” said McCrary. “We have multiple innovative new product development projects underway and countless others under consideration. My first priority is to put in place some processes that will streamline new product integration so we can get to market faster with superior quality towers and accessories.”
